DESCRIPTIONS
The Blue source color devices are made with InGaN on Al2O3 substrate Light Emitting Diodes. To prevent damage from electrostatic discharge and power surges, it is recommended to use a wrist band or anti-electrostatic glove when handling the LEDs. All devices, equipment, and machinery must be electrically grounded.

HANDLING PRECAUTIONS
Handle components by the side surfaces using forceps or appropriate tools.
Avoid direct contact with the silicone lens surface to prevent internal circuitry damage.
Do not stack assembled PCBs with exposed LEDs to prevent lens scratching or circuitry damage.
Ensure the SMD pickup nozzle's inner diameter does not exceed the size of the LED and use a pliable material for the nozzle tip.
Accurately program component dimensions in the pick-and-place machine for precise handling.
Be cautious of corrosive substances like H2S that may corrode the silver plating of the leadframe due to silicone encapsulation's gas permeability.
