Description:

The AA3528YS Yellow LED Lamp utilizes Gallium Arsenide Phosphide on Gallium Phosphide to produce a high-quality yellow light. This LED is designed for applications requiring bright and clear backlighting.

Handling Precautions:

Silicone encapsulation, being softer and more flexible than epoxy, reduces thermal stress but is more susceptible to mechanical damage. Therefore, special care must be taken during assembly:

Handle components by the side surfaces using forceps or appropriate tools.
Avoid direct contact with the silicone lens surface to prevent internal circuitry damage.
Do not stack assembled PCBs with exposed LEDs to prevent lens scratching or circuitry damage.
Ensure the SMD pickup nozzle's inner diameter matches the LED size and use a pliable tip to avoid surface damage.
Accurately program component dimensions in the pick-and-place machine for precise handling.
Be cautious of corrosive substances like H2S, which may affect the silver plating of the leadframe due to silicone's gas permeability.
