DESCRIPTION
The AA3528ZGS Green LED is crafted with InGaN on Sapphire, providing a high-quality light source. Static electricity and power surges can damage LEDs; therefore, it is recommended to use a wrist band or anti-electrostatic glove when handling, and ensure all devices and machinery are electrically grounded.

HANDLING PRECAUTIONS
Handle components by the side surfaces using forceps or appropriate tools.
Avoid direct contact with the silicone lens surface to prevent internal circuitry damage.
Do not stack assembled PCBs with exposed LEDs to prevent lens scratching or circuitry damage.
The inner diameter of the SMD pickup nozzle should not exceed the size of the LED.
Use a pliable material for the nozzle tip to avoid damaging the LED surface.
Accurately program component dimensions in the pick-and-place machine.
Silicone encapsulation is permeable to gases, making it susceptible to damage from corrosive substances like H2S. Special care should be taken when using LEDs near such substances.
