1.We provide proxy payment services (RMB) in mainland China for foreign guests. （This service primarily caters to clients who may encounter difficulties due to some mainland Chinese suppliers lacking USD accounts, thus unable to accept currencies other than RMB, or facing communication barriers due to language differences, hindering transactions.）
Please note: Our obligation is solely to act as a payer for RMB transactions and we do not assume any responsibility for the goods or the supplier on the other end.
2.We offer a parcel forwarding service for international guests who seek shipments from mainland China. （This service is particularly tailored for those customers whose suppliers in mainland China lack international shipping channels or find it inconvenient to arrange shipments. They can have their items delivered to a designated location, and we'll handle the forwarding on their behalf.）
