FEATURES:

1.6mm x 1.6mm SMT LED, with a thickness of 0.7mm.
Low power consumption.
Contains one red, one green, and one blue chip in one package.
Capable of producing any color in the visible spectrum, including white light.
Packaged in quantities of 2000pcs per reel.
Moisture sensitivity level: Level 3.
Compliant with RoHS.
DESCRIPTION:
The Hyper Red source color devices are made with AlGaInP on GaAs substrate LEDs.
The Green source color devices are made with InGaN on SiC LEDs.
The Blue source color devices are made with InGaN on SiC LEDs.
Static electricity and surges can damage the LEDs.
It is recommended to use a wrist band or anti-electrostatic glove when handling the LEDs.
All devices, equipment, and machinery must be electrically grounded.
