1.6mm x 1.6mm Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) LED, with a thickness of 0.7mm.
Low power consumption.
Capable of producing any color in the visible spectrum, including white light.
Packaged in quantities of 2000 pieces per reel.
Moisture sensitivity level: Level 3.
Compliant with RoHS standards.
DESCRIPTION:
The Blue source color devices are made with InGaN Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs).
The Hyper Red source color devices are made with AlGaInP on GaAs substrate LEDs.
The Green source color devices are made with AlGaInP on GaAs substrate LEDs.
Static electricity and power surges can damage the LEDs.
It is recommended to use a wrist band or anti-electrostatic glove when handling the LEDs.
All devices, equipment, and machinery must be electrically grounded.
