Mounting and Soldering Recommendations:

Through-hole displays are not compatible with reflow soldering.
For multiple soldering processes or intense heat exposure, consult Kingbright for component compatibility.
Pre-heat temperature should be 105°C or less before soldering.
Maximum solder bath temperature of 260°C for 3-5 seconds.
Avoid stressing the epoxy resin above 85°C.
Use SAC 305 solder alloy for optimal performance.
Cleaning Instructions:

Use mild "no-clean" fluxes for soldering.
If cleaning is necessary, wash components with water only, avoiding harsh organic solvents.
Clean at room temperature and do not wash for more than one minute.
Remove excess moisture with forced-air drying immediately after water cleaning.
Circuit Design Notes:

Consider protective current-limiting resistors for operating LEDs within the specified range.
Design the driving circuit to protect against reverse voltages and transient spikes.
Choose the safe operating current based on the maximum ambient temperature.
