SOLDERING PROFILE & CLEANING NOTES:

Through-hole displays are incompatible with reflow soldering.
Mild "no-clean" fluxes are recommended for soldering.
Clean components with water only; avoid harsh solvents.
Clean at room temperature, not more than one minute.
Remove excess moisture with forced-air drying.
RECOMMENDED WAVE SOLDERING PROFILE:

Pre-heat temperature of 105°C or less.
Peak wave soldering temperature between 245°C ~ 255°C for 3 sec (5 sec max).
Keep PCB top-surface temperature below 105°C.

Packing & Label Specifications
THROUGH HOLE DISPLAY MOUNTING METHOD:

Do not bend component leads without proper tools.
Ensure terminal pitch matches substrate board's hole pitch.
Place component at least 5mm from PCB edge.
CIRCUIT DESIGN NOTES:

Use protective current-limiting resistors.
Mount LEDs in parallel with individual resistors.
Design circuit to protect against reverse voltages and spikes.
Choose safe operating current based on max ambient temperature.
Avoid prolonged reverse bias to prevent metal migration.
