Product Description:
The SC10-11SURKWA is a high-performance single digit numeric display featuring Hyper Red LEDs made with AlGaInP on a GaAs substrate. This device is designed for applications requiring excellent character appearance and high light output while maintaining low current operation.

Relative humidity levels maintained between 40% and 60% in production area are recommended.
Recommended Wave Soldering Profile:
Through-hole displays are incompatible with reflow soldering.
Pre-heat temperature of 105°C or less, followed by a solder bath at 260°C for 3-5 seconds.
Do not apply stress to the epoxy resin while the temperature is above 85°C.
Cleaning Instructions:
Use mild "no-clean" fluxes for soldering.
Clean components with water only, avoiding harsh organic solvents.
The cleaning process should be at room temperature and not exceed one minute.
Remove excess moisture with forced-air drying immediately after washing.
Circuit Design Notes:
Protective current-limiting resistors may be necessary.
LEDs in parallel should each have a current-limiting resistor.
Design circuits to protect against reverse voltages and transient spikes.
Choose safe operating current based on max ambient temperature.
Avoid prolonged reverse bias to prevent metal migration.
