Recommended Wave Soldering Profile
Through-hole displays are not compatible with reflow soldering.
Mild "no-clean" fluxes are recommended for soldering.
If cleaning is necessary, water should be used without harsh organic solvents.
The cleaning process should occur at room temperature, and devices should not be washed for more than one minute.
After cleaning with water, excess moisture should be removed with forced-air drying.
Packing & Label Specifications
Lead Forming: Do not bend component leads by hand without proper tools.
Installation: Ensure the terminal pitch matches the substrate board's hole pitch to prevent damage.
Circuit Design Notes: Protective current-limiting resistors may be necessary, and the driving circuit should be designed to protect against reverse voltages and transient voltage spikes.
