Overview:
The Kingbright APBDA3020QBDCGKC-GX is a right-angle SMD LED that offers both Blue and Green light options. Utilizing InGaN for the Blue LEDs and AlGaInP on GaAs substrate for the Green LEDs, these devices are designed for a variety of applications including backlighting and indicators.

Compact 3.0 x 2.8 x 2.0 mm right-angle SMD package with 2.0 mm thickness.
