Description:
The APA1606SF4C-P22 is an Infrared Emitting Diode made with Gallium Aluminum Arsenide (GaAlAs). This 1.6 mm x 1.2 mm right angle SMD LED is designed for applications such as infrared illumination for cameras, machine vision systems, surveillance systems, industrial electronics, IR data transmission, and remote control. It offers a wide viewing angle and is packaged in reels of 2000 pieces for convenient handling.
