Mounting Method:

Do not bend component leads by hand without proper tools.

LEDs in parallel should each have their own current-limiting resistor.

Recommended Solder Profile:

Pre-heat temperature of 105°C or less.
Peak wave soldering temperature between 245°C and 255°C for 3 seconds (max 5 seconds).
Do not apply stress to the epoxy resin above 85°C.
