Recommended Wave Soldering Profile

Through-hole displays are incompatible with reflow soldering.
For multiple soldering processes or intense heat exposure, consult with Kingbright for compatibility.
Cleaning

Use mild "no-clean" fluxes for soldering.
If cleaning is required, wash components with water only, avoiding harsh organic solvents.
Clean at room temperature and do not wash devices for more than one minute.
After water cleaning, remove excess moisture immediately with forced-air drying.
