Kingbright APHHS1005F3C-70MAV Infrared Emitting Diode (IRED)

The Kingbright APHHS1005F3C-70MAV is a high-performance Infrared Emitting Diode, designed with Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) on a SiC substrate. This IRED is ideal for applications that require compact size and efficient infrared light emission.
