Description
The APA3010F3C-GX is a Gallium Arsenide Infrared Emitting Diode designed for applications requiring infrared illumination. It is mechanically and spectrally matched to the phototransistor for optimal performance.

Features

Compact 3.0 x 2.0 x 1.0 mm right angle SMD LED with 1.0 mm thickness.
Designed for use in infrared illumination for cameras, machine vision systems, surveillance systems, industrial electronics, IR data transmission, and remote control applications.
Packaged in reels of 2000 pieces each.
Moisture sensitivity level 3.
Tinned pads for improved solderability.
RoHS compliant.
